What's going on everybody? D-Frank is back again with his latest episode. Today I take a little time out to talk briefly on the Vanessa Guillen story. Vanessa Guillen was a private in the Untied States Army who was recently found dead.

Today we are coming to you to talk about being black gun owners. We will discuss our first experiences with guns, buying our first pistol, our takes on negative stigmas with black gun owners and gun owners in general, advice for first time gun owners, and many other gun related subjects.
Today D-Frank will be talking about a subject that's been sweeping the nation, the death of George Floyd. Police brutality is an issue that's been swept under the rug and brushed off for a very long time in this country, and as recent as 2016 when former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick started kneeling to bring awareness to this issue there was mass issues and political divide. There will also be some other victims that died unjustly from either police brutality or being killed while posing no immediate threat to life who I briefly will mention. D-Frank's thoughts on police brutality, POTUS comments on recent events, racial inequality, protests, rioting, looting, and what can we do to move the movement forward. Special thank you for anybody who is actively moving the movement forward. A VERY SINCERE HEART FELT THANK YOU FOR ALL THE BLACK WOMEN OUT THERE FIGHTING FOR US. This episode is in memory of someone that's near and dear to my heart and existence. My mother. Tuesday, May 12, 2020 is the 11 year anniversary of her death and I will talk about the events that led up until that point, my mother's fight with breast cancer, and the impact her death had on my life.

As some of you may know and many may not know, my mother died May 12, 2009 and in that same year Mother's Day was also on Sunday, May 10. What's going on everybody? Today D-Frank is here to talk about the global pandemic known as COVID-19, also known as the Coronavirus, but better known as the Rona. I will talk about the origins, some signs and symptoms, and my thoughts on what's going on in the world because of it.
Today I am talking about something that was serious in my life and many others, depression. I experienced it a lot when I was in the military. I am bringing you my story as a way to let you know there is a way, there isn't anything wrong with admitting you have issues, there isn't anything wrong with seeking help. There is hope. Part 2 of the interview with my Air Force friend, Nevio Lustica. We are discussing our pre-deployment training and deployment. We will talk about the training, the people we met, and just our overall experiences from deployment and life after the military.
Today I am kicking off a series of military related episodes with a good military friend, Nevio Lustica. We will discuss our early memories from basic training and tech school. We met at Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas and went to tech school at the Louis F. Garland Fire Academy. We will talk about tech school life, losing a loved one during the early phases of our military career, and life in firefighter school.
Today I'm talking about an inspirational quote I heard from Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson from his LSU National Championship hype package video. I break down the speech and explain how "rock bottom" has changed my life, how it made me a better person. I hope it's something that can uplift somebody.
What's going on everybody? I'm coming back today to tell you how my life, mostly the jobs I had since I was 16, reminds me a lot of the Grand Theft Auto games. I will talk about some of the craziness I've seen at these jobs. How they relate to the GTA series, and some life lessons I've learned when working these jobs.
