Allegations by Donald Trump: Former President Donald Trump is quoted calling for an investigation into Nancy Pelosi, accusing her of using insider information to amass wealth through stock trading. He claims Pelosi has achieved returns “practically in the history of Wall Street” and suggests this is due to her access to non-public information. Financial Discrepancies Highlighted: Pelosi’s government salary is cited as $174,000/year, yet her net worth is reported to have grown from $114.7 million in 2018 to potentially $413 million by 2024. The file references sources like OpenSecrets, Investopedia, and The Times to support these figures. Paul Pelosi reportedly earned between $7.8 million and $42.5 million in 2024 from stock trades. Stock Performance: The Pelosi portfolio allegedly returned 54% in 2024, outperforming the S&P 500’s 25% gain. Notable trades included early investments in Nvidia and Palo Alto Networks, and timely sales of Microsoft and Visa. Pelosi’s Response: In a CNN interview with Jake Tapper, Pelosi deflects the insider trading question, emphasizing her focus on the 60th anniversary of Medicaid. She denies wrongdoing, stating: “I’m not into it. My husband is,” and accuses Trump of “projecting.” Please Hit Subscribe to this podcast Right Now. There is a lot of focus on the economy this week, particularly this afternoon when the Federal Reserve will conclude a two-day meeting and announce whether it will cut interest rates. FOX News Contributor and host of "Kudlow" on the FOX Business Network, Larry Kudlow, joins the Rundown to discuss the state of the economy and weigh in on President Trump's pressure campaign against the Fed. A new Wall Street Journal poll finds the Democratic Party with its lowest favorability rating in the history of the survey. But do their current woes suggest a poor performance in next year's midterm elections? Kyle Kondik, managing editor of Sabato's Crystal Ball and co-author of the new book "Campaign of Chaos: Trump, Biden, Harris, and the 2024 American Election," joins The Rundown to break down the challenges facing Democrats, explore potential paths forward, and discuss the rise of progressive mayoral candidates like Zohran Mamdani and Omar Fateh—questioning whether this signals a broader shift in the party's direction.   Plus, commentary from the host of OutKick's "Gaines for Girls", Riley Gaines Learn more about your ad choices. We cannot wait until 2029 with a new Democrat president to somehow deal with political persecution when we have no tools in our arsenal. We must build for that today. Unfortunately, as Trump continues to make bad endorsements, we will be left with weak Republicans in red states to fight issues such as political weaponization. Moreover, we are not even changing things at the federal level. We're joined by former FBI whistleblower Steve Friend, who is warning that the FBI has not structurally changed its modus operandi. He observes how problematic personnel under Biden have been given promotions, the open-ended investigatory mandate has not been limited, and at the same time, none of the misdeeds under Obama and Biden have been punished. Absent federal reform, Friend is advocating that state governments condition their working relationship with the FBI to a framework in which elected sheriffs are in charge of task forces targeting people locally. Friend also warns about the use of AI to turbocharge the very federal entrapment schemes that the FBI was using under Biden.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Criminal Referral and Allegations Against Obama: Tulsi Gabbard claims that Obama has been referred to the Department of Justice for a criminal investigation. She accuses the Obama administration of manufacturing intelligence to falsely suggest Russian interference in the 2016 election to benefit Trump. Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA): Gabbard criticizes the January 2017 ICA ordered by Obama, alleging it was politically motivated and based on unreliable sources, including the discredited Steele dossier. Claims are made that senior intelligence officials like John Brennan, James Clapper, and James Comey knowingly misled the public and Congress. Evidence and Documents: Gabbard references newly declassified documents and reports from the House Intelligence Committee and Senator Chuck Grassley. These documents allegedly show manipulation of intelligence and suppression of contradictory evidence. Accusations of Treason: Gabbard uses the term “treasonous” to describe the actions of Obama and his team. She asserts that the intelligence was fabricated to launch a coup against Trump. Hillary Clinton’s Involvement: The audio claims Clinton’s campaign was in direct contact with the Obama administration to dig up dirt on Trump. Allegations include psychological issues and tranquilizer use, based on supposed Russian intelligence. Media and Public Reaction: Mentions pushback from Obama’s spokesperson and criticism from figures like Senator Mark Warner. Emphasizes the importance of public awareness and sharing the information.
