She Changed the Narrative is based on a book that I wrote that is about rewriting the story we tell ourselves about who we are. The stories we tell ourselves will either cause us to grow or stay stuck.

There are things we can do a lot of such as worrying, overthinking, overeating becoming overwhelmed to say the least but one thing you can never do too much of and that is praying. We cannot pray to much that we bother God. We are encouraged to pray without ceasing. Therefore changing the way we think of prayer can actually change the quality to our prayer life.
