Cheryle Miller gave us her testimony on how God miraculously healed her after she suffered from trigeminal neuralgia for seven years.

Stefano Santilli spoke to us on his experience working in prison ministry.

Sister Jane Dominic, O.P. came to speak to our Chapter on Suffering and the Narrative of Redemption.

Sister Anne Catherine, O.P. spoke to our Chapter about Prayer, particularly in terms of the Mass and recent teachings by Pope Francis. The Order of Mass reflections on the Mass with quotes from Pope Francis’ current cycle of Wednesday audiences. Entering Into the Mystery of Mass with quotes from Revelation and St. Justin Martyr.

Joan Watson, the Director of Adult Faith Formation for the Diocese of Nashville gave our larger group talk on “The Paradox of Beauty”. Her website is https://joanmwatson.com. On January 10th our own Brad Shepisi addressed us in a talk on “Mary: Model of Purity”. You can learn more about Brad’s apostolic work at Seek, Knock, Ask.

During our December 13th, 2015 meeting Dr. Bill Bellet addressed our large group meeting with a talk on “The Demise of Marriage and Relationships in a Confused Culture.” Just a note that some of the questions and answers at the end of the talk are very hard to hear.

During our main meeting in November Mr. Larry Pryor, OP (your humble webmaster) gave a talk on his journey from the Southern Baptist tradition home to the Catholic Church. While Southern Baptist have no official creeds there is a summary of faith that is found in the Baptist Faith & Message.

During our main meeting in October Fr. Joel Rogers of the Fathers of Mercy gave a meditation on Our Lady & Prayer with an emphasis on the First Joyous Mystery.
