Whatever it that thing is that you're doing, stop it....and see if it really mattered.
The first time you do something it may suck, but if you never try that first time, you're never going to get any better. Start now and try that new thing.

I'm 42 and I'm just getting started - be patient!
The time is now. Stop talking about it. Stop making excuses about it. Stop pointing fingers. Stop saying you'll start next week, or next month or next year, and go make it happen for yourself.
That's it. Super simple. Look for the positive. Celebrate the positive. Go crush it!
Simplify it. If everything matters. Then nothing matters. Thanks for listening!
Stop waiting. Stop planning. Stop thinking. Stop stop stop. Start now!
Today is the first edition of a 'longer' weekend episode on the podcast and I'm digging into time. I'm a firm believer that we have time for what we make time for and putting up barriers to enable ourselves the time do really do what we want to and should be doing is so vital. Thanks for listening!
What kind of advice are you listening to? Maybe it's time to change and think about that.
I've heard this said way too many times lately and I just don't understand it.
I added the 'start now' to this title....it's time. Stop talking and not doing. Stop thinking and not acting. Stop being frustrated without changing. It's in you. You can do it. I know you can!
You can do it too, I've been there.....start doing!
This episode is a little bit longer, but I think it's an important one! Start. And go crush it!
When was the last time you learned something new?
It has, we can't be doing things that we aren't able to sustain.....think about it!
It's easier to adjust and change when the decisions are small.
I'm just asking, because it came up recently. Super important idea to think about. Thanks for listening!
The world needs you, not someone else that you're trying to be if that's not who you really are. You. We need you!
What it is? You can't be both? One is way better than the other. It's up to you!
Super serious question. Very serious topic. It needs to be talked about. What are you waiting for?
Would it be everything you thought it would be?
Be you, not somebody that you think others may want you to be.
What are they? How many do you have? Probably too many? You gotta prioritize what's most important. If everything is important, then nothing is.
If you set low expectations of people - then you're very likely to get low results in return. Expect more and you'll get more in return.
Do anything....you have to put in the work. This episode is about writing books, speaking, running marathons - and just putting in the work to make it all happen for yourself!
That you took a step back. That you changed your perspective. If you haven't - maybe it's time.
I can't figure out why people have such a hard time saying no.
I'm not just talking about the 'things' in our lives, I'm talking about thoughts and ideas that are crowding space in our brains! Think about it.....
Make sure what you do is simple. Make sure what you do makes sense. And make sure what you do is fun.
Are you? I think about it. I analyze it. I really try not to be.
It's something I've been thinking about a lot lately - here are my thoughts.
I'm serious, it's important and it's going to help you too!
The short game will only give you short returns, the long game pays dividends for years to come!
Random thought, but I think it can hold some importance in our lives!
Start from scratch and challenge your comfort zone.
I know what I'm doing tomorrow because those things are important to me! Do you?
I don't care about a lot of things, this is one of them.
And so do you, and deserve to not feel guilty about not being at work or working all the time - period.
