Sometimes we get stuck and don't want to keep on. We're on a sort of middle ground and become so used to it that we don't want to let go. But it is necessary to fight off our fears and move on in life. It took Thomas Edison 1000 failed experiments to invent the light bulb. Don't give up on your 10th. --Edward. "I think change isn't about becoming something different, It's about becoming who you actually are" (Lehawww, 2018) This words literally changed my life. At the time, I was struggling trying to find who I was, maybe I still struggle sometimes, but at the end, this words helped me go through all that. Sometimes you just need time for yourself, disconnect from the world, and just take a closer look to those little details that make our everyday a great day. Just wanted to share that with you! Have a nice day! --Edward.

"If you are just blaming people and taking no action towards your dreams, then you are the second biggest piece of shit in the whole world" Yeah, I know it sounds tough, but the truth is you need to take Extreme Ownership to move on in life. It doesn't mean to blame yourself for absolutely everything, but you are responsible for the things in your life. So, get off of that couch, take a shower and start taking the necessary steps required to live the life you can't stop dreaming about, because: "To have the things no one has, you have to be willing to do the things nobody does" Share this with someone who needs it! YouTube will eventually take over the world. As Netflix has revolutionized mainstream films, I think YouTube will be the same but for independent creators & filmmakers. Right now we have YouTube RED, where some films called YouTube Originals or simply originals have started to appear. In the future, I think YouTube will be a mainstream for any independent film, while still having the "normal" part for everyday users like it does today. Share this with someone who needs it! I think social media is something beautiful yet dangerous. In this episode I explain why I think that periodically leaving social media is a good strategy against depression caused by it. Also, social media is NOT what is bringing depression. IS comparing yourself to OTHERS what causes it! So, please stop doing it

...Fighting, pursuing your dreams shouldn't preclude you from living your life. In this episode I talk about something I believe is essential if you want to be successful. Two words: Hustle & Time Management. Gary Vee--who I've been listening to lately--, opened my eyes to how important hustle actually is, I really believe in his vision and his way of seeing hustle. I really don't think he wants to kill you, rather, as he always says: "he wants you to be happy". I want you to be happy, to be able to pursue your dreams, your passions, without letting it take over your entire life. ...I guess thats what we all want to avoid, being absorbed by the work... --Edward.
"Every person is born with the capacity of changing their fate, but not all of them are brave enough to do it" In today's episode I discuss where have I been and the reason why I stopped uploading content on all my social media.
Welcome to the second episode of The Edward Connor Show. In this episode I discuss why sometimes the music we create sucks—and not always is music.
