In this episode, I sit down with Jenn Radke, the host of the podcast Fat Girl Book Club and a podcasting coach. Her body image journey started with sneaking cookie dough out of the deep freezer at the age of eight. She moved through approximately 20 different diets, had at least three goal-weight celebrations, took part in two bodybuilding competitions, and it all culminated in an eating disorder. When she finally figured out that she would never diet her way to self-love, she started reading. As she read, so many things began to fall into place and now her focus is on using the Fat Girl Bookclub podcast to help others see that their body is something to cherish and love.
