Marty Sawyer is the GOP candidate for Sheriff of Aiken County...Austin had him in studio Friday to discuss his prospective plans if elected.

While first responders and utility repair professionals have rightly been declared heroes for their unselfish dedication and work post Hurricane Helene...so many local volunteers have been also showing great dedication and sacrifice to serve their fellow citizens in need. Today we spoke with two of them...and they provided great insight into the process and effort behind 10 straight days of volunteer service...and the incredible resources committed to those efforts by some well known entities!  Christy Beckham and Kate Sanders...it was an honor!
