As women we tend to think that we have to do it all – work full time, go to school, take care of kids (even if they aren’t ours), and don’t forget making dinner, cause ya girl’s gotta eat. In light of all that, today we are going to talk about what it means to Sabbath and talk about self-care. What is self care? How do we rest in fullness? Why is the Sabbath important?  How are we able to live our lives from a place of abundance even if we feel empty? Victoria recently went to Thailand for two weeks with her church on a missions trip and also volunteered with Purpose Ministry - a ministry that fights against human trafficking and gives women a chance to have an education, a sustainable job, and a chance at a new life.
