In this episode, I interviewed Göran Adamson, a sociology professor at University West in Sweden. He's been dubbed “the Swedish Jordan Peterson” for his controversial critiques of multiculturalism. In the sixth episode of Things You Should Ngo, I interview Prof. Eric Kaufmann, a scholar of political demography at Birkbeck College in the University of London. Together, we discuss the research explored in his 2010 book, “Shall the Religious Inherit the Earth?” His research predicts that immigration from religious societies, coupled with the higher fertility rate of religious people, will actually reverse the secularization process in the West. In 2018, Lindsay Shepherd and Jordan Peterson launched separate lawsuits against Wilfrid Laurier University for millions of dollars. The two became linked after Shepherd was punished for playing a Peterson debate clip in her communications class. But, they are also connected in another way: through Faith Goldy.
