The Total Health 20/20 podcast is designed to provide real evidence based research and advice on topics ranging from fitness and working out, to eye health, mental health, medicine, self improvement, diet and nutrition and more. The podcast is hosted by Akaanksh Shetty, a soon to be physician and last year medical student aiming to become an eye surgeon.
