Children need educators to reach into their world and relate to them. When struggling students find an educator who connects to them, life change can result. While one educator can't possibly reach every child, every educator can reach some child. Over a lifetime, every educator could possibly transform many children. Today, Ryan Sheehy, principal and author of Be the One for Kids: You Have the Power to Change the Life of a Child, challenges us with stories, anecdotes, and timeless truths to "Be the One" for some of the children in your classrooms and schools. www.coolcatteacher.com/e606 Sponsor: Discovery Education Today’s podcast is sponsored by Discovery Education.
