We have all heard of the importance of self-care. Many have plans to bring these practices into their lives to be their best version, but you're literally standing on a plateau. You know what you wanna do, but you don't take the effort and the desire to move forward. Maybe it's because you don't know where to start, or maybe the motivation is dwindling, but today we are joined by massage therapist Danny Marino, as we discuss the importance of self-care, massage therapy, focusing on the breath, and some things you can begin practicing today. On Saturday September 11th, I was invited to Bière Garden 's "MONTREAL, BY THE WATER"! To make this event special, I invited Danny Marino of The Agonist to be my co-host for a bunch of interviews. -Check out our podcast merch: https://teespring.com/stores/uum-store Alright I'm hungover so let's make this quick. This week we talk about a pedo-douche who used his after school firefighter thing as an excuse to take advantage of teenagers, his ass is still in the pen. Next we talk about Danny Marino and his gang of merry douchebags. These guys took advantage of old people financially. Danny is still on the lamb but at least his accomplices got caught. After all that Josh whines, bitches and moans in another installment of the Perks of Being a Joshflower. ------------------------------- Uncovering Unexplained Mysteries on Social Media: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/uncoveringunexplainedmysteries Twitter: https://twitter.com/UncoveringUm Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1918785078407664/ ------------------------------- For more Mike & Josh, check out their YouTube channels!
