Arch Enemy och Alissa White-Gluz går skilda vägar. Bara dagar efter att senaste turnén gick i mål kom beskedet som överraskade en hel hårdrocksvärld. Orsaken är ännu höljt i dunkel. Likaså vem ska bli ersättaren i bandet. I detta avsnitt bearbetar jag mina känslor och funderingar kring vad som skedde och vad som nu kommer att hända både Arch Enemy och Alissa White-Gluz. Givetvis har jag inte heller några svar, utan som de flesta andra försöker jag greppa det som hänt och sortera mina tankar runt det som ingen riktigt kunde förutse.

Arch Enemy's addition of Angela Gossow on vocals for their 2000 album Wages of Sin was revolutionary at the time. No other death metal band had a female singer, and Gossow certainly proved that she could scream and growl with the best. Problem is, although she contributed, Arch Enemy is the baby of guitarist Michael Amott, and when he finds something that works he is more than happy to keep going back to the well.
