Brewers like to make beer that they can drink a lot of and not get completely destroyed. A perfect example of this Justin and Chris from Prey Brewing brought in today, another sub 5% ABV American Light Lager called Prairie Wolf.
A portion of the Nebraska track and field team competed at the Prairie Wolf Invitational, combining for five event victories on Friday at the Devaney Center Indoor Track.

On this episode I chatted with Derek Duty and Jeff Cole about distilling bourbon, vodka and gin in Guthrie Oklahoma. Prairie Wolf Spirits was purchased by a band - a pack, if you will - of friends and native Oklahomans who acquired the portfolio, which features Prairie Wolf Vodka, Loyal Gin, and Prairie Wolf DARK. In early summer of 2018, the team launched Obahoshe inland-style rum made with sorghum sourced from farms in Wewoka, OK. We talked a lot about where the company is heading, the big changes coming to Prairie Wolf including a name change soon to Wonderfolk. Starting June 1st Wonderfolk will be distilling many tasty beverages in the heart of Guthrie Oklahoma. They will be opening a bar soon as well as a food truck park and many other spots to bring the community together and enjoy drinks all year round. For more information on their June launch date head over to wonderfolkspirits.com or www.prairiewolfspirits.com This episode is presented by the Made In Oklahoma coalition.
