A wide open field in 2017 has resulted in the most unpredictable and fascinating Sports Game of the Year voting yet! While many of the games were fantastic in general they all had some serious flaws that detracted from their full potential, and because of that expect there to be no consensus "best" game that will sweep its way to a victory. Will MLB The Show 17 repeat off last year's win with MLB 16? Will NBA 2K18 bounce back or fall even further after the award-winning 2K16 preceded 2K17 slipping to third? Will Madden NFL 18 continue the upward trajectory that saw Madden 17 finish the highest ever for the series as the runner-up last year? Or will it be another game coming from farther back in the pack in a surprise result? The latest roster update is in, and the Weasel cashes in one more time, while also giving you the exact amount he's made in stubbs this year. The guys also bring in SnaggleJ to talk about what SDS might consider doing in order to curb investments in MLB the Show 18.  The guys then break down the new Speedster Event and whether or not that juicy CarGo is an end game card and worth the grind. Speaking of end game cards, the Weasel asks the guys whether or not that 99 Ted Williams was a good full MLB collection reward, and moreover, who they guys would have picked as the end game reward card. Finally, Madden is out, and SnaggleJ explains to Coop and the Weasel what 3 on 3 is, and how that could be adapted for next year's MLB the Show model.
