Coles management was dealt a heavy blow at the hands of the warehousing workers at the massive cold storage facility in Truganina, in Melbourne's West. The 650 employees, backed by the National Union of Workers, went on an indefinite strike action on July 27th, and within 72 hours achieved a favorable agreement. NUW organiser Heath Lamaro, and the NUW delegate on site, Ryan Laws, tell us about the result and how the victory was achieved.
