  ISLAND IN THE SKY EPISODE SYNOPSIS: Island in the Sky In the Derelict Alien ship’s control room, John had discovered a neighboring planet with a mass nearly equivalent to Earth. They decide to land there to make necessary repairs. While they orbit the planet, Robinson leaves the ship to land & investigate further. Smith who reprogrammed the Robot to respond only to his commands, tries to take over & return to Earth. Don foils him but, in the process, the ship crash lands.
