    Our guest on this week's episode is Christian Calliham, the founder, and general manager of the Aggieville Showdown.  We learn about Christian’s past growing up on a farm in Colby, Kansas, and being heavily involved in 4-H and FFA. Christian graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Agribusiness with an emphasis in Marketing. During his time in college, he was involved in several organizations including National Agri-Marketing Association, Kansas State Horse Judging Team, and the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity. We talk about several of his internships during college including working at three national livestock shows and the Kansas Department of Agriculture. He now resides in Kansas City where he is employed by VMLY&R a full-service marketing agency where he specializes in public relations and events for agriculture clients.     Brianna was raised on a beef cattle and grain production farm on the Illinois-Iowa border. Her family farm is what sparked her passion for agriculture and led her to Iowa State University studying Agricultural Business, Economics, and International Agriculture. Throughout her time at Iowa State, she has been involved in many clubs and organizations including the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Ambassadors, CALS Council, the National Agri-Marketing Association, Collegiate 4-H, Ag Business Club, and the Uganda Alliance. Her interest in global agriculture pushed her to take part in study abroad programs to Argentina and Uganda, as well as classes focused on agriculture in developing countries and current hot topics in ag like farm-to-fork and alternative protein markets. Now as a Senior at Iowa State with internship experience in agricultural marketing and communications, Brianna is planning for a long-lasting career in the ag industry.

She is a recent graduate of Oklahoma State University where she was on the livestock judging team, an Ag Comm girl and found a love for Stillwater, Oklahoma. Rachel is the owner of Rachel Kay Creative and the Communications and Events Coordinator at the American-International Charolais Association.

Which means growing up her address was RR 1 Camanche Iowa, Low Moor land line, DeWitt Central school district and Clinton County gal. 1990 Iowa State graduate in Public Service and Administration in Agriculture; Delta Zeta House manager and AGR little sister – before they eliminated the program on the national level.She’s the former Iowa State Class of 1990 Vice President and the 1987 Iowa Beef Queen.Her internship at the Iowa State Fair as Ag Building special events coordinator for 2 summers before the Iowa Butter Cow sensation exploded.She took a job with Illinois Farm Bureau in 1991 as a county manager and served in Boone, Henry and Rock Island until November ’18. Where she was promoted to Director of Issue Management at Illinois Farm Bureau.She is extremely passionate in spreading the realities of farming and successes of agriculture with all levels of consumers and media.She and husband Brent Bloomberg reside on Brent’s family farm where they are the 4th generation to reside there. She and her husband Bloomberg Appraisal on Main Street Orion. She is the proud daughter of the late Winton and Cleone McCulloh and proud sister to Jim, Reed, Nancy, Brian and Murl  - and proud aunt to over 19 McCulloh and Bloomberg nieces and nephews and Great Aunt to 20 nieces and nephews.
