Und heute sind es die 7 Gewohnheiten von Umsetzung-Giganten, also die Massive Action Heroes, die wirklich umsetzungsstark sind, und mit einem Fokus, mit einer Disziplin, mit einer Dynamik, vielleicht auch einer gewissen Klarheit und Vision ausgestattet sind, und dadurch dann wirklich intrinsisch motiviert sind, um nicht zwei Meter vor dem Ziel aufzugeben oder anzuhalten, sondern kontinuierlich in die Umsetzung zu gehen und darin zu bleiben. Diese sieben „habbits“ sind mit denen aus meiner eigenen Erfahrung bzw. den Menschen gepaart, mit denen wir in den letzten Jahren und Jahrzehnten zusammenarbeiten durften. Als Rezipient kann man sich in einem Modus des „was wäre, wenn...“ probeweise in einer möglichen Zukunft bewegen. Spekuliert wird dabei nicht nur über technologische Möglichkeiten, sondern auch über den gesellschaftlichen Rahmen als Bedingung für und Folge von Technologieentwicklung – oft in dystopischer Form. Auf diese Weise bestimmt Science-Fiction zu einem großen Teil mit darüber, welche Zukunftsvorstellungen entstehen, wie eine Gesellschaft sie bewertet und wie sie ihnen gegenüber eingestellt ist, sollten sie wirklich eintreffen. Das heißt: Science-Fiction ist relevant für Unternehmen, die technische Innovationen vorantreiben. Diese Perspektive auf Science-Fiction bekommt eine besondere Brisanz, wenn sich erzählte und tatsächliche Technologieentwicklung einander annähern. Serien wie „Black Mirror“ oder Filme wie „Ex Machina“ und „Her“ erzählen Geschichten über Technologien, die schon heute angelegt sind. Sie drehen die Zeit nur wenig vor und spielen mit den radikalen Folgen möglicher Innovation. Dabei entsteht das Bild einer fiktiven Gesellschaft, die konfrontiert mit Wandel schnell zu neuer Normalität findet.
