This week's meditation is a double blessing! This is a grounding and a chakra clearing meditation. We start with a grounding exercise and then we go through each chakra and clear all the gunk out. This is the final podcast episode for 2019! For this one we’re doing a little bit of a rewind and going back to the first episode where we talked about setting intentions. Today’s episode is all about crystals. Are rocks really magical? Who started using them? Why do people go crazy about shiny hard blobs from the ground? I talk about cultures that used crystals for more than just decoration, various purposes for them, and talk about some of my favorites.

Moving is a pain in the you-know-where! Having just completed an interstate one myself, I felt inspired to share some things to do when you move into a new space. These tips can also be used if you are renting a new space for work or a new business, or are staying in a place temporarily (ie: travel).  This will be a quick episode to tie you over for the holidays! Some of us may need it after having guests in our homes as well. :) Cleansing a space is similar to cleansing of the self and many of the same ingredients can be used. I apologize if it sounds like I’m a little “spacey” during this episode—I was exhausted and it was hard to keep my train of thought.

Today's episode focuses on the important of ancestral veneration. This episode includes setting up altars 101, certain basic rules to follow, prayers to elevate them and more!  This episode is dedicated to the memory of my amazing mentor, Jasmina Radosavac, her husband Steve and daughter Anja. They tragically perished in a house fire on September 29, 2018. Their eldest daughter, Mia, survived the fire but lost everything. OH HELLO! I know it's been a while since my last upload.
