Still, Dan described audio quality difference as: ...it's like the difference between a scratchy record and a CD. TS audio is still not Hi-Fi but the overall recording is easier on the ears ;-)

The Ubercaster file is just barely larger since it ended up at 48Kbs (VBR), but was sampled at 44Khz and used a higher quality encoding mode in LAME.
