Also, Ana and I sometimes unintentionally align when picking new music for the show, and that took place this week with a couple of Brazilian highlights: I chose an artist who records as MOMO., while Ana brought in music from São Paulo-based artist Tijolo. Welcome back to our weekend Cabral HouseCall shows!   This is where we answer our community's wellness, weight loss, and anti-aging questions to help people get back on track!   Check out today's questions:    Anonymous: I'm a 46-year-old female (163 cm, 81.5 kg) recent leg swelling, especially left leg with significant fluid from the knee into the foot. Blood clot + kidney issues are ruled out, but ALT is at 209 U/L (10–45). In January a doctor diagnosed lipedema stage 1–2 in legs and arms, left leg was not swollen like this then. My legs may swell slightly in heat, but not in Denmark. EquiLife labs are not possible here. I look 6–7 mths pregnant all day, not hard, no gas. Difficulty losing weight detoxes no longer effective. Diet smoothie (berries, kale, DNS, chia,psyllium,creatine,collagen), lunch cauliflower rice, chicken, arugula, dinner potatoes/meat/veg, pasta 1–2xweek, water + 1–2 drinks/week.I'm peri started bioidentical hormones in January hot flashes gone, mood improved. If I was your wife?      Sarah: Hello! I had a question about 'fascia blasting'. Despite doing everything you recommend for cellulite for years now, I still have it on my legs. For a few weeks ive been trying fascia blasting with  device and my legs have improved so much. They feel firmer, less painful to touch, and cellulite has improved. I cant believe the results. Curious what your thoughts are on this. Is it 'dangerous' (as some comments online say), is there any science behind it? My skin does bruise alot after I do it, but this doesnt bother me as the results I've been seeing are great. When it first started, I started waking up in between 3-4am, having very deep vivid dreams every night. Most of the times I could get back to sleep not long after but sometimes if I wake at around 5am I stay awake. My sleep time does vary a bit but I usually get around on average 6.5-7 hours a night, sometimes more and sometimes less. Previously I had never had any troubles sleeping and would never consistently wake up at these times. 2 things I know I need to limit or stop doing is taking my laptop into bed and limit my sugar intake. I do not feel stressed at the moment but I do have some big decision to make this year that are always on my mind.       Sarah: Hello! I've recently been hearing about chlorine neutralizer sprays that some parents use on children before or after swimming. From what I understand, many contain vitamin C or similar ingredients that are supposed to neutralize chlorine or chloramines on the skin and hair to help reduce irritation or exposure. I wanted to ask your opinion on them. Do you think these sprays are actually beneficial or safe for regular use on children? Are they helpful for kids with sensitive skin, eczema, or allergies, or is rinsing/showering after swimming usually enough? I've also seen some claims online about reducing chlorine absorption into the body, and I'm not sure how accurate that is. Are there better natural approaches for protecting skin before or after swimming in chlorine pools? I try to get my lettuce from my local farmers market but sometimes I cannot make it there. In August 1978, 15-year-old Barbara Nantais and her 17-year-old boyfriend Jim Alt were attacked while sleeping in zipped-together sleeping bags on Torrey Pines State Beach in San Diego, California, after a night out with friends who remained in a nearby car. An unknown assailant severely beat Alt on the head with a rock and log from a fire pit, leaving him with life-threatening traumatic brain injuries, permanent metal plates in his skull, amnesia regarding the attack, and lifelong PTSD. Nantais was brutally murdered—she was beaten, strangled, sexually assaulted, had one breast mutilated, and her nude body was posed spread-eagle on the sand with wet sand stuffed in her mouth. The case quickly went cold despite an active investigation, as no murder weapon was recovered, the crowded beach environment hindered evidence collection, and 1970s forensic techniques (limited to basic serology and microscopy with no DNA profiling) offered little identifying power. Similarities in method to the 1984 murder of 14-year-old Claire Hough at the same beach initially raised questions of a possible serial offender, but authorities later concluded the cases were not connected. To this day, the Nantais murder remains an unsolved San Diego Police Department cold case with no identified suspects.   Branch of Hope: Caroline's Rainbow Foundation is a UK-registered charity founded in 2002 by the family of Caroline Ann Stuttle, a young British traveler who tragically lost her life while on a gap year in Australia. For more than twenty years, the organization has focused on promoting safer independent travel for young people and backpackers. Today's Case A 77-year-old male with a history of sick sinus syndrome status post pacemaker placement, ulcerative colitis, hypertension, and type 2 diabetes mellitus was referred by his primary medical doctor for jaundice and pruritus. His doctor noted newly elevated liver enzymes alkaline phosphatase (ALP) 672 U/L, total bilirubin (BR) 5.0 mg/dL, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) 77 U/L, and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) 63 U/L. When he presented to the liver clinic, his total bilirubin increased to 20 mg/dL. On review of his records, a trend of abnormal liver enzymes was noted with no prior workup. I kan ikke se det, men teknikerne løber febrilsk rundt med sved på panden her på Hjørnet. Der bliver tegnet og testet og hamret og banket og bygget i næsten alle afdelinger, for vi er midt i en ret spændende proces. En proces der både peger langt ind i fremtiden, men som også favner hele bagkataloget - helt tilbage til den allerførste episode fra Filmnørdens Hjørne. Alt det kan Casper snakker jeres ører af om på et andet tidspunkt, for nu er det Spielberg Day! 'Disclosure Day' har ramt de danske biografer og det (lad os være ærlige) ældre filmelskende publikum har endelig fået mulighed for at se Spielbergs længeventede sci-fi-film. Det har vi også, og der er masser at snakke om. Men det er der naturligvis om alt det vi har med denne gang. Foruden Spielbergs rumvæsen-thriller, har vi faktisk ret høj kvalitet med denne gang. 'Backrooms' er naturligvis med fordi "Hollywood har opdaget YouTube"-historien ikke vil dø, og vi også vil være med på den. Til gengæld har vi en YouTube-fænomen-film med, som du med 99% garanti IKKE har hørt om, og det er synd, for den er uden sammenligning en af de fedeste filmoplevelser vi har haft i år - 'Nirvanna the Band the Show the Movie'. Du får sikkert for høje forventninger, når du hører os snakke om den, men den fortjener eddermame noget kærlighed og opmærksomhed. Hør mere i episoden. Og så får Jannik (og også lidt Casper) omsider lov til at øse ud af deres kærlighed til serien 'Widow's Bay', der med sin nærmest kirurgisk perfekte blanding af gys og grin ligger solidt i front til prisen for 'Årets Bedste Serie Set af en Hjørne-vært'. Dejligt at lave en Cinemajour og at det føles helt normalt. Hvis alt klikker, så går der ikke længe inden vi er tilbage, for lige om lidt rammer den anden unødvendige opfølger til 'Toy Story'-trilogien og så skal vi på eventyr med 'Supergirl'.
