Boats N' Prose is BACK! Season 2. This season Brooks will be joined by Naval Academy assistant coach Dillon Paiva and North Sails' Alex Curtiss. This episode we discuss sailing in the time of COVID-19, then ICSA President Mitch Brindley joins the show to talk about the cancelled season, what big changes he's seen in team racing since the hosts graduated college, college seniors, and then we break some big news regarding the Spring 2021 College Sailing Nationals. We're shaking off the rust but happy to be back.
Former ODU assistant coach now Tulane head coach Charles (Chiggins) Higgins hops on to talk shop about the newly minted varsity program at Tulane. Also multiple time guest Dillon Paiva gives us a quick update on what he did this off season, as well as a brief college team race preview, and whats cool / not cool in sailing fashion these days. The reigning Baldwin Cup champion provides great analysis and in depth research of the teams that will be contending Memorial Weekend, and those on the outside looking in.
