This one I kinda articulated poorly but main premise: instead of figuratively trying to MAKE TREES GROW, we should focus on planting seeds and watering the tree, not physically making it grow. That's not our job. Just a weird perspective on how we approach things - this is not to say don't be aggressive in your pursuits!! It is to say, aggressively plant and aggressively water. But don't make your only goal “tree growth” or you'll live depressed and less effective. (Even I am still working through this philosophy. But it was too juicy not to share with my main people.
