He would hear what sounded like wings, and then it would land on his roof; he initially dismissed it at first as being some sort of critter like an owl; he then realised that this thing was heavy, like the weight of a man, and he could hear the distinctive sound of three very sharp claws; then it entered his house.More information on this episode on the podcast website:https://ufochroniclespodcast.com/ep-172-youre-not-welcome-here/Want to share your encounter on the show?Email: UFOChronicles@gmail.comOr Fill out Guest Form:https://forms.gle/uGQ8PTVRkcjy4nxS7Podcast Merchandise:https://www.teepublic.com/user/ufo-chronicles-podcastHelp Support UFO CHRONICLES by becoming a Patron:https://patreon.com/UFOChroniclespodcastX: https://twitter.com/UFOchronpodcastThank you for listening! Please leave a review if you enjoy the show.Like share and subscribe it really helps me when people share the show on social media, it means we can reach more people and more witnesses and without your amazing support, it wouldn't be possible.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/ufo-chronicles-podcast--3395068/support.

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode of the Transform Your Life podcast, I talk about the importance of living your own purpose in life rather than conforming to the expectations and ideals of others. I talk about how we can get stuck in careers, relationships, and situations that don't align with our true desires because we seek the approval of our parents, partners, and society. I ask you to explore whether you are truly living a purposeful, fulfilling life on your own terms or living your life for others. As I ask the last question, I think back to the 1991 movie, The Dead Poet's Society, and I think about the movie character named Neil. He wanted to pursue acting and loved it, but his stern father wanted him to go to Harvard Medical School. Neil hated the idea of medical school and found it soul-crushing, but he agreed. You'll have to watch the movie for the story's conclusion, but it's not uncommon for people to deny their own hopes, wishes, wants, and dreams and instead live their lives to please their parents. Often times cultural and familial pressures guide people down a path that doesn't fulfill them, and they live decades misaligned from their own purpose while trying to please others. So, it's important to ask whether you are living your own purpose or someone else's. Another purpose-robbing action that people often get into is seeking validation from others. This is a surefire way to live an unfulfilled life. For example, a friend of mine was constantly motivated by a desire for his father's approval, and that led him down an obsessive path of constantly trying to prove himself. This behavior disconnects you from your higher self and obscures your true purpose. You can't create an authentic life while dependent on external validation. I have found that the key to living your purpose is surrendering to your destiny and innate talents. This involves getting quiet, listening to your intuition, and taking aligned action. We must focus on the importance of being grateful and on contribution rather than achievement. Here are four key points you may want to keep in mind: Surrender to your innate talents and destiny.Listen to your intuition and take aligned action.Express gratitude and focus on contributing.Achievements will naturally follow purposeful contributions. You must examine whether you are living someone else's purpose or your own. If you are not thrilled by how you spend your days, you are likely conforming to others' expectations. I challenge you to get creative, listen within, and take steps each day to live your own purpose. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway When you are living your purpose, you are contributing your talents to activities that light you up, and you will experience true joy and fulfillment. Your key is being brave enough to live life on your own terms. Just do it. Mentioned Resources: EPISODE 280: History, Humanity, and Spiritual Ego. Throwback Files: Mothman | Paranormal Podcast Welcome to the Throwback Files on The Mothman! This new series will allow us to explore older episodes that some of you newer listeners may not have had a chance to hear. We will include thoughts on why we chose each particular episode, along with new comments at the end of the episode. We hope you enjoy this new monthly throwback Thursday special. The Mothman: Mothman is a legendary humanoid creature reportedly seen in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, between November 1966 and December 1967, described by witnesses as a seven-foot-tall figure with glowing red eyes and large wings that pursued vehicles while making screeching sounds. The phenomenon began when two couples reported encountering the creature near a former WWII munitions plant, sparking widespread media coverage and numerous additional sightings throughout the region. Following the December 15, 1967, collapse of the Silver Bridge and the death of 46 people,[16] the incident gave rise to the legend and connected the Mothman sightings to the bridge collapse. Wildlife experts believe the Mothman legend likely originated from misidentified sandhill cranes or herons that had wandered outside their normal migration routes, as these birds match the physical descriptions and possess naturally reddish coloring around their eyes.

Matt leads the marketplace at right side up. Matt has over 12 years of selling experience. He's launched and sold multiple personal brands, all starting from a retail arbitrage budget. Four years ago, he started an agency right Side up to help high growth CPG brands focus on dominating the marketplace. They've been able to scale many brands from 0 to 3 million in monthly sales. Welcome to the podcast, Matt.Matt 00:00:29 Thanks for having me. Josh, how are you doing?Josh 00:00:31 Doing great. What are some of the key things that you, you advise or recommend when launching a brand new product on Amazon that are working today? Because, as you know, a lot of those black hat tactics, you know, have come and gone. you also have the, you know, the rebates that everybody was doing, and now it's kind of leveled the playing field a little bit more. Tell me what you're doing that's been working for you guys.Matt 00:00:55 Yeah. So first off, I think that the biggest thing is making sure you have a big enough budget to launch your products.Matt 00:01:02 like the days of 5 to $10,000 budgets to launch products are just gone in my eyes, at least in the spaces that I work in. so we usually overestimate our budgets by like 20 to 30% of what we actually think it would be just to make sure that we're in a good place in case it doesn't go the way that we want it to. but outside of that, we're looking for a couple of major things. one is we want to see continued growth in the category. Amazon's making that way easier now with like the search query reports, the product Opportunity Explorer. There's so many internal tools that they're giving you access to now that you can really easily find that. And then the other big thing that we're looking for is categories that you've got maybe like 3 or 4 power players in. And by power players they aren't really doing that much. They're still kind of growing, but they're ahead of like the other 20 items there. really it just kind of is showing us that, hey, there's enough sales to go around.Matt 00:02:01 If these four people can all kind of be around the same and customers really don't care which one they're choosing right now, they're just basically picking whichever ones at the top from what we can see. So yeah, we used to go into very heavy like categories where you would just, I mean, like launches would be half 1 million to $1 million. Wow. and if you could make them work. Yeah. The payback is amazing because of the volume that some of those categories do. But if you lose, like, it absolutely sucks. so for sure, what we're looking at like 50 to $75,000, to launch a product right now and the supplement space that we're kind of going after, and we've seen it, it's kind of the sweet spot for everything. so if we do find a product and we think it's going to cost more than that to actually launch it, we'll hold off for a bit and see if we can find some other ones that are within our kind of thresholds.Josh 00:02:53 That makes sense.Josh 00:02:54 So how do you estimate, you know, that budget, right. What's the difference between a half 1 million to $1 million product launch budget versus something that's 50 to $75,000? And how do you estimate that?Matt 00:03:07 Yeah. So the the biggest thing is ads. I mean, we've really in the last like three months, all of our launches have been almost exclusively on Amazon through Amazon Ads. so we're pulling averages of cost per clicks through the advertising API and really just looking at, okay, what is the conversion rate of the top products? If we wanted to spend to get that conversion rate on that keyword, like what would it cost us per day and working that backwards? the other big thing that I don't know anyone else that's kind of touched on this, but what we what we've been doing here recently is we have a seller account where we'll create the product beforehand. It's not the product that we're actually going to sell. We'll put some items as merchant fulfilled, and then we'll just have ourselves by the products.Matt 00:03:54 So that way we get all the search query report data for that product before we actually launch it.Josh 00:03:58 Oh, that's that's fascinating. So you do that in a separate account then? Is that what you're saying?Matt 00:04:03 We've been doing it in the same account, just like a different brand name. and throw up a listing merchant fulfilled and do a couple buys through it, and then you get all that data.Josh 00:04:14 Intere...

You've proven you can do your job — and do it well — while working flexibly. But now that your employer wants more office time, how do you ask for what you need without feeling guilty or being seen as “less committed”? In this episode Carina O'Brien speaks with Dr. Ellen Ford, leadership expert and author of #WorkSchoolHours, about the art of negotiating flexibility at work. Together, they explore how working mums can confidently start the conversation, use data and outcomes to back up their case, and find a win-win that works for both you and your employer. You'll learn: How to have a confident, fact-based conversation with your boss about working from home or hybrid work The key phrases and language to use when asking for flexibility (without guilt or defensiveness) How to show your productivity and value while working flexibly Why hybrid work supports better wellbeing, mental load, and family balance How to reframe flexibility as a business advantage, not a personal favour If you're a working mum who wants to keep your flexibility this episode gives you the tools, confidence, and mindset to do it. As you read the headline you probably thought, “What…what the heck is intrinsic ratitude?” Right? Totally understandable and “ratitude” is my word for ‘radical gratitude' and intrinsic is what's deep inside of you and inherent to your BEing. When I say intrinsic to your being, I mean things like your ability to see, smell, taste, feel, and even your ability for your heart to beat and for you to breathe. Oprah has said, “Gratitude is the attitude” and many of us have heard that before but how many of us truly live that? How many of us embody it? How many of us understand that to the core of our being? When we do, it changes everything in us and around us, and when we live it in our daily lives they radically transform. In this episode, I talk about my journey to finding “intrinsic ratitude” in my life. And, I assure you, it has been a journey and all of us can do it if we commit just 5 minutes per day to having intrinsic ratitude. The great thing about ratitude is that it's literally an avenue to all that you want in life. It's free and yet most of us overlook it in our lives or we're tepidly and mildly grateful but we're not really embodying it. Let me ask you, do you take time during your days being immensely grateful for all that you have? I mean genuinely grateful, not perfunctory gratitude. I mean instead of just saying you're grateful because you're “supposed to” can you feel it in your bones, do you embody it. Do you savor your gratitude? You're not fully aware and alive until you can reach this place in yourself and all else is just being externally influenced. All else is not being fully present in life and not being fully immersed in life. When we start immersing in life we start infusing with life. And, when we infuse it, it's as if we are co habituating and living in communion with all of life…and that is power. In this episode I discuss:[7:04] How having gratitude will change your life[13:57] How once you are living in gratitude the Universe will start reflecting that back[18:55] Having gratitude for your breath, your heartbeat[23:15] An exercise in being grateful for your hands
