Disaster sometimes strikes the place where God has positioned you and blessed you. Does that mean God has stopped caring? Absolutely not! You need to hold on knowing that He shall never leave you nor forsake you. Temporary famine in the land of bread should not make you go to the land of Moab because death and loss await you. The evil one is very enticing, especially when things seem not to be working for the people of God and we all know it's always a trap with him. He entices so that he can do what he does best, "to kill, steal and destroy." My brothers and sisters in Christ, never exchange your salvation for Temporary reprieve which might cost your life or suffer loss. God bless you.

Honouring is holding in high esteem. If we hold God in high esteem, we will stop appearing casually before Him and do the things that He expects from us. That way He can look at us and say, "this child really honours me." If we do this, we attract more favour unto ourselves. Make a decision to honour God and He will distinguish you among others.

Many people are doing exactly what you are doing. In academia, corporates, church, family and the society at large. If you are a preacher, millions are preaching from the same Book as you. What then can make people want to hear the messages of the LORD from your lips? As human beings, we are limited in how we think, where we are, how old we are or how much we own. These go ahead to make us think about how we will do certain things. They limit us as human beings. However, these parameters do not limit GOD. He created time so it cannot limit Him. He created heavens and the earth (Space), so this cannot limit Him. Currency and economy are creations of men. Some of us here got born again so that they can get the benefits that comes along. Not because they want to submit to Christ wholly. There is a danger in waiting when you receive what you desire and forget Him. I implore us to follow Christ to point of death because it's not longer you who will be living, but Christ in you.

Two men built houses. One on a rock and the other on the sand. Storms, rain and strong winds came. The house on the sand fell because of a weak foundation. The house on the rock withstood. How is your foundation? Why don't you make Jesus your sure foundation today?

God intended to have a perfect fellowship with man until man fell. Since then He has had a plan to restore man to Himself and that is why He sent His son Jesus Christ to come and die on the cross for our sins. It is upto to us to accept Him and agree to be restored to that relationship that was started in the garden of Eden.

The word of God says that we live in a crooked and perverse generation. In this generation, we can choose to stand for God. As the cloud of witnesses observe our lives, let us be examples in word, conduct, spirit and walk in Christ. Let those who observe see God in our and Glorify the God that we worship.

One time we were slaves to unrighteousness and as slaves to the kingdom of darkness we gave our members (parts of our bodies) to serve that kingdom. Right now we have been transformed and we are in a new kingdom, the kingdom of God. A kingdom with its own principles. Now that we have crossed over, let us use our members as instruments of righteousness.

Many a times we thank God only for the things we are aware that He did for us, yet there are many scenarios that He moved situations in our favour and protected us in ways we are not aware of. How about thanking Him for what we know and what we don't know?

We are blessed by God to be a blessing in our generation, the world and our lineage. Don't be blinded by material things and fame, rather seek to be a blessing. Be like a tree planted by the waters. People should find refuge under your shadow. Attract people because you have something to offer.

Many of us as Christians are blind spiritually. We do not see the glory and victory that GOD has placed on our side. The enemy has been coming at us with all intimidated and made us fearful. If our eyes will be opened, we will focus on Him and see the victory on our side.

Storms are guaranteed to come into your life. The problem is not the storms, but who will be with you in those storms. Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego had the son of God with them, who are you with?

Many a times, the meditations of our hearts and minds derive us away from God. But we can take control of this by meditating on the word of God and His glorious works. This focus will unlock new and higher levels of interaction with our maker.

The Bible records that a man called Isaac planted in famine and harvested a hundredfold. We are in unusual times. Everything seems to be falling apart, but I want to assure you that God created seasons and they never control Him. The economies of the world might be crumbling, but the economy of heaven is intact. TRUST IN HIM

You may find yourself in an impossible situation. Don't worry, God will provide a way out of that situation. Whatever it is, rest assured, He did it for so many others and He will do for you. Since your plans like a man are not perfect and fail sometimes, trust in HIM who never fails. He's the only SURE Rock.

God has placed His word above His own name. The word is binding even to God. We are also bound by His word which is TRUE, LIFE AND LIGHT to us. Let us commit ourselves to SEEKING IT, DOING IT AND SHARING IT.
