Every now and then I will take an online class for personal growth. The class I am currently taking is as a member of the public library called "How to Be Your Own Life Coach" through lapl.org. The course takes you through several exercises and one of these, I found to be truly eye opening. I'm sharing it with you so that you can take a look and follow the steps as well. I highly suggest a journal so you can write all the things that come to mind when doing these exercises. Let me know how it goes. Does it resonate with you? Has it answered at least some questions you may have had?
