Finding mental health as a man is tough because there is a stigmatism that men need to be tough. Well we want to change that, its okay to be tough, but it is also okay to talk about your feelings. We are bringing in regular people to make them not feel alone. To bring comfort and be a friend. Today's episode is one of our co-host, CHRIS. He talks about his time in the Navy, his divorce, his passing of his grandma, among other things. This is a 2 part episode because our other co-host will join us next week so we can all get to know each other. Remember, I love you man. We will talk about some heavy stuff and there will be a trigger warning before each episode. We only want the best interest of our guest so we will only introduce them by their first name so not to invade any privacy. We also end each episode with a heartfelt "I love you, man" because we all need to hear it.
