This is one we talk about a a lot. Podcasts can be great, but they can also be a lot of work and there are many different formats. I'll share some things that I've learned, as well as what we've found that works and doesn't work.

When talking about your "WHY," does it always have to contribute? When is it appropriate to be selfish vs selfless? This is the topic of todays podcast on The AVNI Interviews.
Some people thrive in certain environments and fail in others. Do you have a process for getting your best work done? This is the topic for today's podcast. As a pro-skateboarder, I developed a process that helped me get better and better and film video parts, which was the equivalent of releasing an album to professional skateboarders. It may be more than the environment, it may be the process. I once was in a situation where I had an athletic process down. Here it is for your reference: 1 - Choose your inspo. Find someone who you truly want to emulate. 2 - Pick your song. I would pick songs to create video parts to, but this could be your favorite podcast, or youtuber, etc. 3 - Start visualizing to your song. For me, it was skating rails, stairs, ledges, etc. But if it's a digital product, you can visualize sales coming in on your phone, or you interacting with your FB group. If it's home's you could create a book of sales to look back at. 4 - Pick what the ender will be, or the big win: As you visualize the different parts, pick the big win, such as selling a certain amount, or a big home, closing a large round of funding, etc. 5 - Find Your Training Facility - I had a skate park I went to every day to practice. I was able to master skills by going there every day I never would have been able to do if I wasn't surrounded by an environment focussed on progress. 6 - Record Small Wins - As I started to film tricks, I would add them to my song. Even when it was 1 or 2 in the beginning, it was exciting because I was getting closer to the 100 tricks I needed to put out a video part. 7 - Have a vision of the final product - Every day I would think about how it would change my life when I put out the final product. This is what drove me and motivated me daily. I could see it so clearly and while it usually ended up a little different than I had imagined, there were always parts that were exactly what I had envisioned. Now apply this to your job, being an entrepreneur, or whatever you truly desire. Get yourself into the environment where you thrive and create a process that brings out the absolute best and most productive you.

I quickly realized his insights were extremely valuable for our audience and we decided to have him on the show. Enjoy and hope you take as much value from it as I did.
