Got really random for my first episode and talked about some cool perspectives on big things that happened this past week in our sport of running. Nico Young had his first collegiate XC race (22:52 for 8k!) Christian Noble brutally attacks the DII record books and rewrites the 3k and 5k times with his name in them (7:51 & 13:37) The NCAA might not even count his 5k record! Listen to this episode to find out why. Cooper Teare helps set Collegiate DMR record. Cooper Teare is funny! Morgan Mcdonald is also funny! I hope you enjoy this first episode of the Runners Shuffled Podcast! Feel free to please share this podcast with your friends and follow my Instagram pages @RunnersShuffled @GerardConnelly
