Buck breaks down why the 6-foot-6, 230-pound freshman receiver could create major matchup problems for SEC defenses and emerge as another dangerous target for Gunnar Stockton. Prothro arrives at Georgia after helping Bowdon win four straight state championships while setting a Georgia high school record with 63 career touchdown receptions. Now, after impressing during the spring and continuing to generate buzz in fall camp, Georgia is preparing to utilize his rare combination of size, speed, catch radius and ball skills at wide receiver. Buck explains why Prothro’s ability to win vertically, make contested catches and work the middle of the field could give Mike Bobo another unique weapon in the Bulldogs’ passing attack — and why No. 80 might be a name Georgia fans need to remember.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Heat suits. Weighted vests. High-carb fuelling. Some of those ideas genuinely move the sport forward. Some quietly disappear. In this conversation we explore why we're so drawn to the next big thing, how social media and marketing influence the way we train, and why it's often the unglamorous basics that make the biggest difference over time. Along the way we chat about: Heat suits and weighted vest training Barefoot shoes, maximal cushioning and carbon plates High-carb fuelling and the rising cost of race nutrition Why elite athletes aren't always the best models to copy How to think more critically about new training ideas The difference between genuine innovation and clever marketing Why consistency still beats novelty As always, this isn't about dismissing new ideas. It's about asking better questions before changing the way you train. If you enjoy these conversations, we'd love to hear from you. Let us know what topics you'd like us to explore next. Every person faces giants, whether fear, failure, or overwhelming circumstances. The story of David and Goliath in 1 Samuel 17 reveals why the Israelites were paralyzed with fear and why David was not. Saul had forgotten that his strength came from God, while David carried a personal, proven history with God that gave him unshakable confidence. David did not fight in his own name or with someone else's armor. He stepped onto the battlefield in the name of the Lord, declaring that the battle belonged to God. Just as David defeated Goliath, Jesus Christ has already defeated the greatest giant every person faces, which is Satan himself. We are called to stop fighting in our own strength and start standing in His. Whatever giant you are facing today, the God who conquered it is the same God who invites you to trust Him now.

David was not a warrior when he faced Goliath. He was a shepherd, shaped by years of quiet faithfulness in the fields, learning to hear God's voice and trust His protection. When he arrived at the Israelite camp and heard Goliath cursing God, his response was not fear but righteous indignation, because his relationship with God was deeply personal. He did not fight in his own strength or wear armor that did not belong to him. He stepped forward in the name of the Lord, trusting that God would defend His own name. The victory that followed was not David's. It belonged entirely to God. The same faith that carried David through that valley is available to every believer facing their own giants today.

True strength is not built overnight, and neither is faith. Just as David faced lions and bears before he ever stood before Goliath, the trials we face today are often building the spiritual strength we will need tomorrow. David's victory with a single stone was not about physical power. It was about a faith that had been tested, proven, and deeply rooted in God. Your testimony does not need to be dramatic to matter. Every moment where you can see God's faithfulness is part of a living story still being written. Take time this week to look back, recognize His hand in your life, and share what He has done with someone who needs to hear it.

CPG's next big ideas often emerge in unexpected places. In this episode, we explore what founders across food and beverage can learn from the rapid rise of hard sodas and hard sports drinks, as alcohol brands borrow from health, wellness and functionality to connect with younger consumers. The Taste Radio team is joined by Brewbound reporter Zoe Licata to discuss why familiar flavors, better-for-you positioning and shifting consumer behaviors are fueling these fast-growing categories—and whether they're poised for long-term success or destined to become another fleeting trend.   They also unpack the surprising split between Costco and Deschutes Brewery, what it reveals about the evolving role of private label and retail strategy, and why Guinness has become one of the world's hottest beer brands by winning over an entirely new generation of drinkers. Show notes: 0:20: Harry Calling. Inspired Imbibing. $40M Is A Crooked Number. Lyte Come Lately. Crafty Costco. – Zoe and John share their experiences of seeing Harry Styles perform at Wembley Stadium and discuss how drinking culture among younger consumers in the U.K. differs from that in the U.S. The conversation explores Gen Z's evolving relationship with alcohol, the pandemic's lasting impact on drinking habits, and how brands are leaning into nostalgia and familiar flavors to connect with legal-age younger consumers. They also examine why alcohol companies are borrowing cues from the better-for-you beverage category, and the marketing challenges of positioning products with wellness-inspired messaging despite alcohol's inherent health limitations. Along the way, they spotlight the surprising rise of alcoholic sports drinks modeled after electrolyte beverages and viral drinking trends like BORGs. The discussion then turns to beer, where the hosts unpack the unexpected end of Costco's long-running private-label partnership with Deschutes Brewery, producer of the retailer's popular Kirkland Signature Helles Lager and Vintage Ale. The episode concludes with a look at Guinness' remarkable resurgence, exploring how the iconic stout has become one of beer's biggest success stories by winning over younger consumers through social media, the viral "Split the G" challenge, and the growing realization that it's lighter, more sessionable, and far more approachable than many first-time drinkers expect. Have you ever dismissed a small action because it didn't seem like enough? This week on Glow Brighter with Toni, I'm sharing one of the core ideas that has been part of this podcast since the very beginning: the small things are the big things.Sometimes we think our lives will only change after one big decision, one huge breakthrough, or one dramatic moment. But lasting transformation is usually built differently. It's created through tiny choices that compound over time. After hearing a speaker at a recent conference reinforce this exact message, I was reminded that growth isn't about perfection—it's about consistency. One walk.
One difficult conversation.
One healthy meal.
One boundary.
One act of kindness.
One moment of courage. Those seemingly ordinary moments create ripple effects that eventually become extraordinary change. If you've been feeling discouraged because your progress feels slow, this episode is your reminder that every small step matters more than you think.Keep glowing brighter—one small choice at a time.

There are 43 years of decisions compressed into this episode. And if you work in energy, utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing, or public policy, it's worth your attention.Tom Fanning spent four decades at Southern Company, including 13 years as CEO, helping guide one of the largest and most influential power companies in the United States through extraordinary change. Along the way, he oversaw everything from international development and grid modernization to cyber security and the completion of Vogtle, the first new commercial nuclear plant built in America in more than 30 years. In this special Energy Empire x SunCast collaboration, Jigar Shah and Nico Johnson sit down with Tom to explore what it actually takes to build large-scale infrastructure in America. If you heard this conversation first on Energy Empire, we're excited to bring it to the SunCast audience as well. The conversation begins with Vogtle, but quickly expands into a broader discussion about leadership, national competitiveness, energy markets, workforce development, cyber security, and the future of the electric grid.Tom shares why he believes "vision and courage" remain the most important ingredients in building transformational projects, why organized electricity markets struggle to support long-duration infrastructure investments, and why America needs a coherent national energy strategy if it hopes to meet growing demand from AI, manufacturing, and electrification.Expect to learn:

HT2656 - Big Things Are Made from Little Things One of the great lessons from my dad who was also my coach, is an approach to making progress. He used to say that "inch by inch is a cinch, yard by yard is hard." Doesn't this equally well apply to art making? If you want to create a big thing like a book, an exhibition, a digital publication, a lifetime of creative output, the path to do so is one capture at a time, one processed image at a time, step by step, accumulating little successes one at a time.
