Instructor Sonny goes into great detail as she speaks on the 8 great lessons she learned in her 28 years of living. On this episode she breaks down her 12 months into eight lessons that helped shape her way of being and overall thought process. Although the list could have went on and on, she comprised everything into a more digestible game plan for all classmates. Keep in mind class, nothing is a major L if you learn from it. In Today's Lesson Plan: We are wrapping up the First Quarter! Instructor Sonny is in the game and she is not playing too well. On this episode Instructor Sonny talks about her first quarter of the year. She breaks down the year into quarters and explains to class that just because you may start the game off rough does not mean that you can not redeem yourself, get back in and turn up on folk! Similar to episodes 13 & 14, wrapping up the year and dealing with the changes it can cause in life can be a lot. In this episode they talk about how they've dealt with it in the past and provide healthier ways to deal with the many pressures of BURN OUT for the future. In Today's Lesson Plan: We are facing our fears and having those uncomfortable conversations with our parents! Whether it is as simple as telling them how you feel or as complex as disagreeing with them or even unpacking some of your pains from the past- the conversation starts today in the classroom. Instructor Sonny invites her mother to the classroom to talk through some of their communication highs and lows. The inspiration for this episode comes after an intense argument they both had where they failed to see eye to eye. As we are approaching the holiday season and the wrap of year 2020 it is only right that we take some time to focus on the things that we are grateful for! It's easy to reflect on the negative things but let's share some time loving on the the positive things and being more expressing in showing gratitude. Get your grateful alarms ready and set a time! We are letting the world know that at any time and all the time that we can and WILL find something to be are grateful for!

In Today's Lesson Plan: We are talking about The Rules of The Roadtrip. We will address the Top 10 Rules for the ULTIMATE ROAD TRIP! Sonny will share some of her fun and horrible roadtrip experiences and invite some classmates to share their opinions.

In Today's Lesson Plan: We are talking about our exes; The good, the bad, and the ugly! Sonny will discuss her past relationships and share her experience with her exes. In her shared experiences, she goes over the importance of moving on and placing a value on your self worth. Your ex does not define you or how you deserve to be loved past, present and in the future.
