Under the oppression of white supremacy and being in close proximity with our oppressors for centuries, our individual needs as a people get ignored or plain left out of all facets of our lives. A big contributor to a lot of the health complications and mental issues come from the lack of overstanding on how we as different groups of people have different diets and supplements that aid in healing.
