    This episode is all about triathlon training with Coach Sam Morgan. Sam Morgan is a USA Triathlon and USA swimming certified coach who has been coaching Triathlon and swimming for about 15 years. Sam grew up swimming and swam for Georgia Tech where he was ACC Champion and a two-time honorable mention all American in the 1,650. After college, Sam competed in many local Olympic triathlons with notable 3 top 10 finishes in the St. Anthony's elite division (2nd being the highest) and 7th and 8th overall at Age Group National Championships Olympic distance, often with the fastest swim overall. Sam mostly coaches novice to intermediate half and full Ironman athletes, but has coached an athlete who finished 2nd overall at the sprint world championship, and then 5 years later won Ironman Florida overall.
