Do you have a toxic trait? Where do you think your toxic trait came/comes from? Why do you think you are toxic? How do you define toxic? Who is the judge? Is it a culture thing? Or is a real trait? Let's talk about it…

Today we are talking about Happiness. What is Happiness? How do you know when/if you are happy? Is it a feeling? Something tangible? Can you be happy and sad at the same time? Do you need someone to be happy? Let's talk about it!

Loving hurt people!! Pt. 2. What if the "hurt person" doesn't know they're hurt? We are talking about it.
