I started the Your Personal Brand podcast in June of 2020. I'm amazed how quickly it got the charts as a top 100 podcast on the marketing niche! In this post I'm sharing the top 5 podcast episodes of 2020. These are the most downloaded of the first 59 episodes I've released. #5 - Episode 34: Social Media Tips from SupermanThis episode was published shortly after the Brand Hero Summit. Superman was the topic of one or two discussions in the Marketing Your Personal Brand Challenge that I led in September after the Summit, so it just made it's way into ta full podcast episode! #4 - Episode #25: Interview with Personal Brand Strategist Kayla StartaI met Kayla at a networking event in Pittsburgh. She was one of the first people to agree to be part of the Summit, and she's an amazingly talented young woman. She can help you grow your business - no doubt about it. It's no surprise her interview is one of the top episodes!#3 - Episode 36: Branding vs. Marketing When I looked at the numbers, I was surprised this one did so well! In fact, the October episodes in general did well. These were some of the first episodes after a brainstorming session, so I'm glad they have been well received. Looks like it's time for another session of ideating topics! #2 - Episode 5: Interview with Heidi Hapanowicz This is one of the launch episodes, and Heidi is in my opinion the top personal brand photogs in the world. I always enjoy my discussions with her, and this episode has a lot of great branding tips. #1 - Episode 1: Why I Became a Personal Brand Photographer I'm not sure if I should be happy this is #1 or not! It was recorded as part of the intro series to the podcast, but it is the top episode by a large margin - almost 50% more downloads than the second most popular episode. Hopefully people don't listen to it and then decide not to listen to the rest! Other popular episodes: After the top 5, it seems as though half the remaining episodes are within a couple downloads, including many of the most recent episodes. This also makes sense, as the podcast tends to pick up more new listeners each month. I think it will be interesting to see what the top 5 looks like a year from now! So those are the most downloaded episodes of Your Personal Brand! What's your favorite episode? Or, maybe there's a topic you wish I would cover? Reach out and let me know!

“Most people overestimate what they can do in one year and underestimate what they can do in ten years.” Around age 40 Sarah was clinically obese. By age 50 she’d earned 21 bodybuilding championships. You gotta hear this journey! She is also a walking cliché in that many successful business leaders are also very intentional about their fitness. She has been both the COO and the CTO for a tech / IT startup. She created a 400% productivity increase in 3 weeks! I think many business leaders feel like they don't have time for fitness, because business is so busy. Listen to Sarah's perspective on the impact our health has on our business. What are some of the keys for creating the right mindset, nutrition and exercise habits to really attain peak performance? Aaron sees that many employees, and frankly businesses, seem to lack the focus on attention to detail that we used to see. What are Sarah's suggestions for unlocking the potential in our teams? OK -so how about for the person listening who says “yeah, but, this won't work for me because…. Fill in the blank.” What are her suggestions for how people can tap into their physical performance potential? And we talk a little about her 9 Keys to Peak Performance, and how the Coronavirus pandemic has created positive opportunities for some people. https://www.linkedin.com/in/sarahtayloragilechampion/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/sarah-taylor-weightloss-expert/
