Andrew Becker is with wholesaling powerhouse Brent Daniels! Brent shares his journey from losing everything in the 2008 crash to building a massive empire using the "Four-Headed Monster" of Google marketing. He reveals why inbound leads from Google PPC and SEO are the highest converting leads in the industry and how to dominate the four critical spots on the first page of Google to capture motivated sellers who are ready to act now. In this deep dive, Brent breaks down his internal sales process, emphasizing the critical "speed to lead" rule—you have exactly 30 seconds to respond to an inbound lead before your chances of conversion drop. He explains the "keys" analogy for why sellers choose speed and convenience over price, how to track the right KPIs to ensure profitability, and why focusing on "ugly houses" rather than just any lead is the secret to high margins. What if owning less could help you parent with more calm, confidence, and connection? In this episode of the Sustainable Parenting Podcast, Flora McCormick sits down with Joshua Becker of Simplify Magazine to explore how minimalism supports dependable calm, and deeper relationships with ourselves and our kids.We talk about how clutter quietly fuels stress, power struggles, and yelling — and how simplifying your home can become one of the most effective positive parenting strategies for more calm in your home life. Joshua shares practical ways to set visible boundaries kids can understand, why parents go first, and how fewer toys often lead to better listening, deeper play, and more cooperation. This conversation also challenges the idea that “more” creates a better childhood. Instead, we explore how minimalism helps families align time, money, and energy with their values — raising resilient kids, and raising confident kids.In this episode we discuss:Minimalism as a positive parenting strategy.Parenting benefits when you have environmental calm. How LESS is definitely more, in terms of raising resilient and confident kids.✨Want more? ✨NEW✨ pdfs and short video lessons on Respect, Bedtimes, Power Struggles and More: ON ETSY!✨ Get my 3 KEYS to Calm, Confident Parenting (30 min. One bad first deal can damage trust so badly that you never get a second chance. Many investors focus on finding deals without fully appreciating the long-term consequences of getting the first one wrong. In this conversation, the discussion centers on why early decisions carry disproportionate weight — not just financially, but relationally. If you're serious about building a multifamily investing business instead of chasing one-off wins, this is exactly the type of thinking we go deeper on inside the Tribe of Titans multifamily investing community, where investors work through real decisions together and pressure-test them before mistakes happen. What You'll Learn:Why protecting investor trust matters more than speedThe real risk of scaling the wrong asset type earlyHow capital raising fits different life constraintsWhy mindset shifts determine long-term successWhat most new investors misunderstand about their first dealThe conversation walks through how experience, mentorship, and intentional partnerships shortened the learning curve and reduced downside risk — while still allowing forward momentum.Inside the Tribe of Titans, these discussions continue with live interaction, real-world context, and direct feedback from operators actively doing deals. If you're ready to move past theory and build with intention, that's where the next step happens.About the Guest: Keith Heckman is the owner of KTAH Properties LLC, and has been investing in real estate since 2018. In today's episode, I share what I believe are two of the biggest keys to interior peace—especially for moms who feel tired, overwhelmed, or stuck in resistance to their daily lives. First, I talk about how to have a bad day well: how to recognize what's happening in your body, care for yourself with compassion, and decide what kind of day you actually need. Then I share the second key—learning to see the work and responsibilities of your life as missions given to you by the Lord, which changes everything about how they feel. In this episode, we talk about: What to do when you wake up already having a bad day "Bunny slippers days" vs. days where you still have to show up How biology, thoughts, and emotions work together Why willingness is often closer to peace than happiness How clarity about what God is asking you to do creates calm and purpose At the end of the episode, I also share an important announcement about the future of the podcast and Catholic Mom Calm, including what's coming next and how you can help me reach more moms. If you want to feel calmer, more grounded, and more aligned with what God is asking of you—this episode is for you.

Most people think they're stuck because they don't have a deal, when the real problem shows up much earlier. If you've been telling yourself you'll start raising capital once everything is perfectly lined up, this conversation challenges that assumption. "Parent the child you have," is a common piece of advice in the neurodiversity community, but what does it actually look like in practice when stress is high and patience is low? Why do traditional consequences often fail to build the skills a child actually needs? And how can parents distinguish between enabling a child and truly supporting them? Today, Emily Kircher-Morris talks with Cindy Goldrich, founder of PTS Coaching, and author of Eight Keys to Parenting Kids and Teens with ADHD, about the developmental reality of executive dysfunction and why "calm is power" when it comes to parenting complex kids. TAKEAWAYS "Parenting the child you have" requires letting go of the expectations of who you thought they would be and getting curious about who they actually are. Executive function is a developmental process, and the human brain often isn't fully mature until age 25 to 30. Intelligence and executive function are separate traits; a high IQ does not guarantee a child will have the ability to organize or self-regulate. Enabling is defined as doing something for a child without a plan to help them eventually do it for themselves. Stress physically restricts access to the prefrontal cortex, making executive function skills harder to access in high-pressure moments. ADHD is fundamentally a delay in the development of executive function skills, sometimes by as much as 30%. Oppositional behavior (often labeled ODD) is frequently a result of emotional dysregulation rather than a calculated choice to be difficult. A parent's ability to remain calm is their greatest power in helping a dysregulated child. Here's the link to register for the continuing education training on January 23, "Adapting Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Autistic and ADHD Pediatric Clients." Cindy Goldrich, Ed.M., ADHD-CCSP is a leading expert in ADHD and executive function support, and the founder of PTS Coaching. She is the author of 8 Keys to Parenting Kids & Teens with ADHD, and co-author of ADHD, Executive Function & Behavioral Challenges in the Classroom, two widely used resources for parents and educators seeking practical, compassionate tools to better support neurodivergent kids. Cindy has trained thousands of families and professionals through her Calm & Connected® workshops and certification programs for ADHD Parent Coaches and Teacher Trainers. Known for her clear, empathetic teaching style, she also serves on the Board of Directors for CHADD and the Editorial Advisory Board of Attention Magazine, continuing to advocate for greater awareness and more effective support across home and school settings. No rigid schedules. No “cry it out.” Just realistic, nervous-system-friendly support for brand-new humans and the parents learning alongside them. It's seems more and more likely that the MLB is headed for another lockout sooner rather than later. Also, Bo Nix has legs and he knows how to use em, or whatever ZZ Top said. The Broncos offense needs to utilize his legs tomorrow so the offense isn't one dimensional. Keep Buffalo on their toes.16:18 - The Broncos offense is so up and down! They run hot and cold. That can't happen tomorrow. Start strong, come out of the gate flying and don't look back. We can't have an inconsistent offensive performance tomorrow.32:07 - Avs are hosting the Predators tonight. When the Bible talks about family, it means something very different than we do today. In the ancient world, kinship wasn't just emotional—it was your identity, security, and future. In this episode of the Cultural Keys series, Dr. T. Michael W. Halcomb explores how Scripture uses family language to describe salvation, the church, and belonging in the kingdom of God.God doesn't just save individuals—He forms a household. The real question isn't just what do you believe? Thousands of studies back the health benefits of a Mediterranean diet. In fact, it's considered to be one of the most widely researched diets in the world. But why has this way of eating come to prominence over others? Marta Guasch-Ferre from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark explains what the Mediterranean diet is and how her Spanish roots have informed her work. Professor Sarah Tracy from the University of Oklahoma tells the story of the diet's roots, popularised by American scientist Ancel Keys in the 1950's. And Ruth asks, if this way of eating isn't familiar in your culture, can you still make use of the Mediterranean diet's principles to improve your health? Singapore based cardiologist Professor Huang Zijuan has been looking at the science behind Asian inspired food swaps that could offer the same health benefits. Plus public health expert Professor Pekka Puska explains how he used the work of Ancel Keys in the 1970's to help transform the life expectancy of Finnish men. He co-led the now world famous North Karelia project, after Keys' research revealed how the region in eastern Finland had the highest rates of blood cholesterol in the world. Every man wants respect—but very few understand how it actually works. In this episode of The Impossible Life Podcast, Garrett and Nick break down what respect really is, why it matters, and how it's built over time through discipline, character, and consistency. Respect isn't about intimidation or popularity—it's about becoming someone others trust, listen to, and follow. The conversation walks through seven key categories that determine a man's “respect score”: self-confidence, physical and personal appearance, words, competence, track record, emotional control, and character. In each area, Garrett explains how men either gain or lose credibility—often without realizing it. Respect is earned slowly, lost quickly, and revealed most clearly under pressure. This episode is a self-examination for men who want greater influence in their marriage, leadership, faith, and work. If you want to build a life that carries weight, unlock trust, and expand your ability to lead and serve others, this conversation gives you a practical framework for becoming the kind of man people naturally respect.Apply for the Mindset Mastery Scholarship by January 14thJoin a group of likeminded Impossible Life listeners in our FREE Skool community by clicking here.Get the Purpose Playbook by clicking hereGet the FREE Basic Discipline Training 30 Day Program by clicking hereJoin us in Mindset Mastery by clicking hereIf you're a man that wants real accountability and training to be a leader, click here.Level up your nutrition with IDLife by clicking hereGET IN TOUCHSocial Media - @theimpossiblelifeEmail - info@theimpossible.life

What if the real secret to happiness isn't success, money, or achievement—but love, relationships, and how we show up for one another? In this episode of Celebrate Your Story, I sit down with Professor Arthur Brooks, a Harvard professor and behavioral scientist who has dedicated his life to studying what makes people happy. Arthur is a best-selling author and one of the most thoughtful voices on happiness, faith, and meaning today. Our conversation goes far beyond theory. We discuss family, marriage, faith, money, purpose, and why many high-achieving individuals still feel empty. Arthur shares insights from decades of research, including why chasing "the number" never works, why love must come before ambition, and how happiness is built through enjoyment, satisfaction, and meaning—not fleeting feelings. We explore the science behind relationships, the role of faith and prayer, the importance of commitment, and why serving others is the surest path to a meaningful life. As someone who's spent nearly 50 years in the business of helping people express love through flowers and gifts, this conversation deeply resonated with me. It's a reminder that while products may change, relationships are everything. If you've ever questioned what success is really for, how to live with greater purpose, or how to turn your life into something that truly matters—this is a conversation you don't want to miss.
