The biggest challenge in managing these programs was the paperwork. Keeping up with the evaluations, injury reporting and database management, leaving less time to do training, evaluations or strategize! Ergolution was created out of this need to “fast-track the paperwork” to focus on the ultimate goal of devoting maximum time to employees and running the program. We make ergonomics easy for employees with education and make it stress-free for managers by automating the workflow.
