Shinice is a keeps it REAL surgery technician from the unforgiving streets of South Central LA. She has given birth to three of her best friends: two boys named Dailon and Kye and a girl named Daijane. In this episode, Shinice goes into detail about her upbringing and how she was able to manage the gritty streets of LA, to her being a young mother who was forced to learn life with her kids, to her passion for wanting to bridge the gap between generations. In this episode, she also drops tons of knowledge and parenting gems, such as the importance of communication and not allowing the media to raise her kids.
