Dems in PhillyThe Democratic National Convention has started and the smoke blowing has begun.  Another week of politicians spouting off about their candidate being the most qualified, blah, blah, blah.  Although I do watch these, I do get tired of the rhetoric some times.  The cable "news" stations ask some of the dumbest questions.  What do you get personally get out of these conventions?  Do you learn anything new?Jordan finally speaks out on... anything.Michael Jordan has always been one to do things in the background when it comes to politics.  He's always been about his business until now.  He finally speaks out about trying to right some of the wrongs being done in this country.  He's on record for discussing the disrespect towards police as well as the police's treatment of black men.  And Mike also put his money where his mouth is with $2m in donations to the NCAAP and police.What does this mean for today's athletes?  Are we going to see a shift in stance for celebs when it comes to social injustice?We'll also get into Ted Cruz and what he did at the RNC last week.
