See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Here they come again – That gaggle of Washington politicos and pundits who keep assailing Joe Biden's package of FDRish proposals that, at long last, would begin lifting up America's infrastructure and working class. “Too big,” screech these small thinkers and servants of the plutocratic order, “too costly, and … well, too democratic.” You would expect such adamant minginess from anti-everything Republicans – but these are Democrats! Well, sort of. They're Chicken Little Democrats, a subset whose members fastidiously call themselves middle-of-the-road moderates. Actually, though, you can almost always find them hugging the right-hand lane, clucking that the Party of the People is scaring the people with policies that – get this – directly benefit the people. This was their excuse when one of their own political adherents, Terry McAuliffe, recently lost the Virginia gubernatorial election. It's their fault, cried the mods, pointing their blamethrowers at the Party's progressive forces, claiming that poor Terry lost because progressives refused conservative demands to slash key democratic reforms from Biden's infrastructure bill. They claimed that cutting the bill's proposals to raise wages, lower drug prices, etc. would've made it more acceptable to Virginians. As one Washington political columnist wailed, “Had congressional Democrats given voters a reason to turn out, that could well have made the difference.” But wait – isn't it the job of the candidate to motivate voters? McAuliffe, a lackluster peer of the business-as-usual Washington power structure, ran.a lousy campaign, basically assailing his own Republican opponent for being a less blustery political clone of Donald Trump. True, but besides not being Trump, what was Terry offering to grassroots families to excite them about voting for him? This is Jim Hightower saying… And guess what would've been a winning issue for him? That big progressive version of Biden's infrastructure bill! It happens to be very popular among the voters McAuliffe needed.

It's a liberal bashing Friday! Bob and Scott talk about the state of the Democrats in the wake of the Virginia, New Jersey and Buffalo elections. They talk about how the Democrats continue to act like it's 1993 and put up tired old Clinton hacks like Terry McAuliffe and ex-Goldman bankers like Phil Murphy and expect things to be different. Furthermore, they undermine democratic socialists like India Walton in the Buffalo mayor's race and blame woke politics, defund the police, medicare for all, the Green New Deal, etc when things don't go their way. In Glasgow, it's even more of the same liberal slight of hand, as Obama and Kerry play up the "climate action" rhetoric when both have built long careers on keeping the fossil fuel sector afloat. Obama was in the White House for eight years with climate movements sitting in on his front doorstep, fighting pipelines in Texas, fracking in New York and coal mining in Appalachia and did NOTHING. Scott has more than a few gripes about this. We then get into how autonomous movements, using direct action and organizing, defy powers that be in the corporate suites, Washington DC and, the "leadership" of their own movements. We discuss the John Deere strike and a recent disruption of Sen. Amy Klobuchar by Stop Line 3 protestors as examples of disruption and resistance to the powers that be. Finally, we wrap with a "Love'em they're liberals" segment about Nancy Pelosi officiating billionaire's weddings in San Francisco City Hall (true story). Love them they're liberals! And they ain't doing nothing for us! ---------------------------------- Links // Buzzanco: Democrats Won't Save You . . . Despite what the Democratic establishment wants you to believe, Tuesday was a big win for The Left. America's Left is now more powerful and more influential than at any time since 1972. On Tuesday, Minneapolis voted in favor of rent control; Cleveland voted in favor of a comprehensive groundbreaking crack down on police brutality; Austin voted to defund the police; Progressive Larry Krasner made history by getting reelected as Philadelphia's district attorney; Cleveland, Boston and Pittsburgh elected progressive mayors; Phil Murphy, not quite progressive but almost, became New Jersey's first Democratic governor to win a second term since 1977; Shontel Brown kept Marcia Fudge's Democratic congressional seat. Democrats only lost Virginia, and only Virginia, because they ran Terry McAuliffe-- a Neoliberal Wall Street flunky with a criminal past who stood for NOTHING other than more of the same. Arbery, a 25 year-old black man, was jogging when he was chased by three white men before being fatally shot. The trial of Kyle Rittenhouse is under way as the world watches what awaits the kid in Kenosha. The prosecution opened the trial by claiming Rittenhouse chased down Joseph Rosenbaum while wielding his AR-15. We'll break down some of the statements made today during the trial. Terry McAuliffe closed his campaign with the message that there are too many white teachers in Virginia and he wants to even out the numbers to make everyone comfortable. Is this actually a winning strategy or just woke pandering that will ultimately lead to defeat? That decision is up to the citizens of Virgina. Colin Kaepernick, former football player and woke crusader, says white people only like black characters with “white characteristics” in his new documentary. Is this really a true statement, or is Kaepernick simply pushing his racial agenda? It seems like there are plenty of examples where this isn't the case, but that wouldn't drive his narrative. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, its election night in Virginia, New Jersey, and New York. The State of Virginia has passed a law requiring absentee votes to be processed faster so a winner should be known by late tonight or tomorrow morning. Former Governor Terry McAuliffe is looking at a lower turnout than the previous gubernatorial election which benefits the larger-than-normal turnout for Glenn Youngkin who needs 57% of the vote to clinch a win tonight. Then, attorney Marc Elias has a reputation for litigating election challenges and successfully suing to change election outcomes and regulations. In March, Elias and his firm were sanctioned for their practices. Interestingly, vote reporting is late coming out of Fairfax County, this is unusual and problematic. Later, educational bureaucrats like Randi Weingarten and the media are lying about critical race theory and are pushing for Terry McAuliffe and Phil Murphy. Some teachers have admitted that students should be taught many theories and critical race theory is among those. Recent news of a sexual assault in a Loudoun County, VA school may affect swing voters in favor of Youngkin. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, the crackpot website Mediaite is falsely reporting that this program is promoting conspiracy theories. However, it was Terry McAuliffe that claimed the 2000 and 2016 election were stolen. It was Terry McAuliffe's campaign that just hired attorney Mark Elias who has known ties to a web of dark money donor groups aimed at changing elections through litigation instead of by legislation (which the Constitution calls for). If Elias specializes in election challenges and McAuliffe expects to win, why would he even hire Elias if he wasn't actually planning on using litigation to win the election? It was Democrats led by Hillary Clinton that called the election of Donald Trump in 2016 illegitimate and stolen. Yet, Mediaite re-prints the propaganda produced by Media Matters and other outlets that exist solely to propagandize and slander conservative opposition. Later, why is President Biden even considering a nuclear treaty review? Such a surrender would be a gift to all global enemies of the United States. Afterward, the Biden administration is attempting to compel the Israelis to accept a Palestinian Embassy in Jerusalem. This goes against their sovereignty and the very spirit of the Abraham Accords. Finally, Arizona AG Mark Brnovich calls in to discuss the news that the Supreme Court accepted Arizona's petition to defend the Public Charge Rule, which is a Trump administration rule that restricted green cards for immigrants deemed likely to be reliant on welfare. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, Glenn Youngkin has a slight lead in the VA Governor's race, despite the Democrats' best efforts to paint parents as political pawns using racist dog whistles. But don't act complacent, get out and vote. Terry McAuliffe insists that critical race theory isn't being taught in Virginia yet parents continue to find racially divisive books and other questionable curricula that disguise anti-white teachings as social-emotional learning (SEL) and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Then, Herbert Marcuse and Derrick Bell are considered the founding fathers of the modern-day Marxist movement known as critical race theory. Bell argues that direct action is more effective than law and builds upon his own racist dogma while protesting against Martin Luther King Jr. and the civil rights movement. Later, candidate for Governor of Virginia, Glenn Youngkin, calls in from the campaign trail to explain how Terry McAuliffe wants to raise taxes and increase government control. Youngkin says that quality education is the number one issue and parents have every right to be involved in their children's learning. Afterward, Democrats want to nationalize everything. The economy isn't growing but if we stay on this course America will become a disastrous third world nation and the media just lies to cover it up. Meanwhile, the Biden Administration is considering a proposal to give $450K per person that was separated at the border in 2018. Finally, Curtis Sliwa candidate for Mayor of New York City joins the show to side with the Police, Firefighters, EMS first responders, and medical staff who will lose their jobs Friday if they don't obey Mayor de Blasio's vaccine mandate.
