He started is a journey of training by becoming introduced to CrossFit as his own training. Loved it and decided to open a BOX of his own. Slowly he has built a community of athletes in his gym but also online in the mountain biking world. He's very knowledgeable about the needs of the sport and very open-minded to twist things around for the athletes best intention.
