Jonny Thompson is the Head coach and founder of Fit4racing. A Strength and conditioning program for mountain bikers, motocross riders and every sport across those lines. He started is a journey of training by becoming introduced to CrossFit as his own training. Loved it and decided to open a BOX of his own. Slowly he has built a community of athletes in his gym but also online in the mountain biking world. He's very knowledgeable about the needs of the sport and very open-minded to twist things around for the athletes best intention. Today we touched the history behind Fit4Racing, drugs in the sport of cycling and the struggle of every strength and conditioning coach approaching endurance style athletes.
