Police had to be called in to deal with hundreds of England fans who gathered in Maidstone after their Euro2020 defeat to Italy. Flares are said to have been set off as supporters converged on Jubilee Square following the final whistle. Meantime, Dover's MP has come in for criticism after suggesting England's Marcus Rashford should have concentrated more on practicing football than getting involved in politics. He campaigned for free school meals during the pandemic and missed a penalty last night. Our political editor has more on a leaked message by Natalie Elphicke. Also in today's podcast, the boss of a Folkestone hotel says Covid measures will stay in place there even after 'freedom day' on July 19. Kent's police and crime commissioner has vowed to crack down on fly-tippers who blight the countryside. And away from some of the controversy, we hear what fans thought of last night's Euro2020 final and have the thoughts of our sports editor.

As the dust settles on The Great Escape for another year, we're back with our final episode from our latest festival run. Today we're lucky enough to be joined by this simply wonderful Jerry Williams. She stopped by Tracks HQ shortly before she took to the stage to play a packed out and frankly brilliant set at Jubilee Square, and was the dream guest. Elsewhere in the show, we hand out our Tracks Awards, crown our kings and queens of TGE 2017 and generally mourn the end of an unbelievably brilliant weekend. So all that's left for us to do is thank you all so much for listening, thank our guests for being so brilliant and thank The Great Escape for being such perfect hosts and taking such good care of us. We love you all. See you next year. We do not claim ownership of any of the music played in this episode. With mike in hand, I venture into Jubilee Square to capture the essence of Fringe City. I meet a man wearing a judge’s wig, a man with giant cardboard ears and a man making funny sounds with a guitar, a laptop and lots of wires. I also meet lots of lovely people who promise to review the performances they see during the festival - horah!
