RELATIONSHIPS are hard.. let's just put that out there but that's why there's communication. Some relationships don't work well with communication so it becomes a misunderstanding. When it becomes a misunderstanding, emotions can get the best out of us and people make the wrong decision and cheat on their significant other. Here in this episode, we have two guest stars Jada and Samantha who explain their experiences and opinions on cheating. We have so much to say and I hope you enjoy every bit of this episode

Yo yo yo! It's Lyv and Lis back and ready to speak about our moments realizing and understanding the term "Independent".We continue to go in depth on how being Independent in different cultures can be tough because of generations of not wanting women to be the breadwinner but instead being a care giver/full time mom. During the episode we discuss our inspirations from our family and how that mold us to becoming the women we are today. Please don't get to share how you feel about our episode and rate as well. Hellooooo to ALL my listeners! this is Lissy taking charge of this episode and I'm so happy to touch base on mental health. This is one of the topics that I really enjoy talking about because I know that many people still struggle with their mental health. They say that it's better to talk about your emotions than to bottle them up and AfroHermanas is all about speaking on topics that are normally not normalized in speaking. Take a listen to the stories I've encountered and my personal experience of my life journey and what ways I've done to cope with certain things. Friendenemies... don't we all have those... it's not a good thing to have but sometimes it comes when you least expect it. At times, you think that friend of yours is really your friend. However, there are times when you feel like they're not proud of your accomplishments or they are envious of you. Those are the people you have to get rid of. They can be mentally draining and become a burden to your life. With our experiences, we share what we've been through with our friendships. Some of them were able to last but eventually, we had to cut them off. I hope that on this podcast you are able to relate and connect with us. In this episode, she highlights being a first-generation and a single mother. Moreover, she discusses overcoming in Predominantly male-dominated workspaces.
