Andrew Rogers speaks with Dr. Wayne Vanderwier about the founding and growing of the international Biblical counseling ministry, Overseas Instruction in Counseling (OIC). Wayne, together with his wife Susie, initiated this vital work in 2006, which has grown through the Lord's grace, wisdom, power, and love.In addition to being the founder of OIC, Wayne served as its Executive Director from the ministry's beginning until October 2019 when a leadership transition he initiated three years prior was completed. Wayne is now the Director at Large for OIC and is often found traveling the globe with Susie to teach, train, and support Biblical counseling trainers of Biblical counseling trainers for the building up of the Christian church in all places.
