On a quiet afternoon in Willard, Missouri a woman is driving home after a long day at work when something catches her eye. It's a black bag laying on the side of the road. The woman pulls over and gets out of her car so she can look inside the bag. She makes a gruesome discovery. It's a pair of human legs.
