Chatting with Vince really puts things in perspective, from diagnosis to finding love and rediscovering fitness to losing his son; Vince really is such an inspiration, that’s not to say he is perfect and that is what I love most about this guy, he is warts and all about life and doesn’t hold anyone accountable but himself. A keen CrossFit athlete Vince is a huge part of this community and maintains the perspective that CrossFit is more than just fitness it's a way of life.
