Ruepratt is an American recording artist, songwriter & music producer born and raised in Prince George's County, Maryland. Like most young artists, Ruepratt began her music career making YouTube videos performing covers songs and singing originals for friends and family. In Febuary 2015, Ruepratt released her first mixtape "All You Need Is Me" and within 8 months gain more than 200,000 listens worldwide. With the momentum of the mixtape, Ruepratt began performing at local clubs and high schools when she caught the attention and signed with artist manager and President of 2ThreeVII Management Group, Cairo Ma'yieu. After performing over 75 local and regional gigs in 2016, Ruepratt began 2017 with the release of "Est. 1994" on Valentine's Day. Following the release, Ruepratt headlined her very own "90's Babies Tour". After a highly successful east coast campaign run for "Est. 1994", Ruepratt has relocated to Los Angeles for stage two of her music career. Sunny also shares with us our encounter with Harry Belefonte and what he says we should do as leaders to create change. We must get in the room where decisions are being made. Sunnetta “Sunny” Slaughter is a noted Vulnerability Expert, federal law enforcement instructor and consultant for the Department of Homeland Security Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, TEDx Speaker and Master-Connector bringing over 30-years of executive consultancy, tactical guidance and professional training to a cross-section of professionals in government, corporate, business, nonprofit, for-profit, organization, faith-based, academia, and the healthcare industry. Sunny received special consideration for entry into the Department of Homeland Security Drug Taskforce Supervisory Training Program and the Hate and Bias Crimes Course for sworn law enforcement. She was the only female and African American in one class, and the only person without arrest powers in both classes. Sunny is a highly skilled and qualified thought-leader offering a unique perspective on the intersecting complexities of vulnerability, crime, and policy. Her expertise has been beneficial in providing consulting, training, offering policy perspectives and subject matter expertise in the query of criminal incidents and legal cases, as well as, by raising awareness within public and private spaces regarding vulnerability, intersectional violence, domestic and sexual violence, workplace violence, human trafficking and exploitation, child pornography, missing and sometimes murdered children, drug trafficking, the Opioid Impact, mass incarceration, criminal justice reform, reentry, ACES, and community policing. Sunny has worked as a subject matter expert with news anchors and journalists developing background information for investigative reports and news stories. She has served as an on-camera Crime Analyst for national and global media outlets, including; ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CNN/HLN After Dark, and Trinity Broadcast Network. She delivered a riveting TEDx Talk titled “What are You Really Willing to do for Others?” revealing her personal story of finding out she was married to a child predator. She has called the Olivia Pope of Crime and a Master Connector.

Today I Sat down with an amazing Father,daughter team Delisha and Dexter. They blessed me as they shared their story of a fathers healing and a daughters forgiveness. Daughters grab your fathers, fathers grab your daughters.. you DON’T WANNA MISS THIS!! Dexter and Delisha Easley are a dynamic father-daughter ministry team. These two have answered the call to lead and shepherd God’s people from coast to coast and around the world. Delisha Easley is a licensed Evangelist Missionary and Dr. Dexter Easley is a senior pastor of a growing ministry in South Carolina. The two are both authors of numerous books, but their latest book is the foundation of their ministry. God is using them in a time where fatherless homes are commonplace and the independent woman is strongly encouraged to not want or need a man. The Easley’s are living examples that even “broken” homes doesn’t have to mean broken relationships. From a rocky relationship in her teen years to not speaking for three years in adulthood with her father Delisha knew she couldn’t go on in purpose without mending this relationship. The return call is what lead to another five years of establishing a true father-daughter relationship. The two now travel around the world not only sharing their testimony but helping other families mend the broken heart and establish legacy.
On Mothers Day, I sat down with the amazingly talented Darius Harper. Darius Harper - a Boston native Darius went on to study at the American musical and a dramatic academy! He would go on to perform at Tokyo Disney Sea and the Disney Cruiselines. An original company member of The Book of Mormon (Chicago) he would then tour the country as Lola in the Tony Award Winning Kinky Boots. He most recently originated and starred in Cirque Du Soleil’ world tour of VOLTA as the emcee and singer. He currently resides in NYC where he is developing a solo show and writing an EP! Tamara Bynum-Dozier, BSW Tamara was first introduced to the social work field as a young child while watching her mother help anyone in need. Witnessing these daily acts of kindness prepared her to work with adults with disabilities in 2005 with The Hope House Foundation for the next 14 years. During her experience with the intellectual disabled population she then earned her Bachelors of Social Work degree from Norfolk State University in 2012.
