This show is about the power of stories and how they shape us. Every episode we have a conversation with someone influential and we create a cinematic experience with each episode. This podcast started as an experiment and we’ve realized that it needs to be so much more than that. Because stories are everything — in business, personal branding, art, and just the overall human experience. We are all just stories in the end. So how do our stories impact us? How do these little-tiny-mundane moments influence us? How do the big & powerful moments influence us? And why does any of this matter at all? This show is for the storytellers. For the curious. For the problems solvers. And for those that like to find meaning in even the smallest of things. This is Stupid Deep.

Hey! I accepted a fulltime position (it's the first time I won't be working for myself in 5 years) and I'm super excited about it. I'll be working with Lewis Howes & Team Greatness, who was the first episode of this show. That being said, I do want to make some changes to this show. 1. Format. I'll be making some tweaks starting with the next episode. I want to focus more on the guests.2. I am going to hold off on releasing episodes until first week in February. This will allow me to stockpile episodes so I'm not rushing each week while also getting acclimated in my new position.
Just some quick announcements! This is not a narrative episode :) Narrative episodes will return Jan 13th.

Santia Deck has made history... a lot. She signed a multi-million dollar contract with the Women's Football League Association and became the highest paid female football player. She founded Tronus and became the first female professional athlete to own a sneaker company. This is a unique episode, because it was repurposed from my former show, Strange on Purpose. I'm using it as an intro into who Santia is and her background. When I get more of her time we will dive into everything that I wish we talked about in this interview :).
